Our Island Apartment sleeps 4 in total. It is a lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment.

The property is fully enclosed and has a covered car garage.

Location

This home is located in the established residential neighborhood of Kingsland Heights. It would be advisable to rent a car or use a taxi to get around easily. We can provide you with options.

The closest Beach which is Miami Beach is less than 10 minutes drive away. Restaurants, Supermarkets and other amenities are also within 5-10 minutes drive. We recommend to get a car or taxi to get around as the bus stop is a 10 minute walk down the hill.

The Home

The home is well maintained and clean. All bedrooms have Air conditioning. They all have comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep.

There is Fast WIFI (around 200Mbps) so you will have no problems working from home. There are Smart Televisions where you can connect your NETFLIX, YouTube, etc. They also have an Iron and ironing board. Linens, towels and basic toiletries are provided.

There is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The gardener comes once per month to cut lawns and manage plants

Kitchen

The Kitchen is outfitted with Microwave, 4 burner Stove with oven, fridge, Toaster, Kettle, pots and pans. It also has Plates, mugs and all crockery and cutlery that you need. The supermarket is also 5 minutes drive away.

PLEASE NOTE: There is Vehicular Traffic noise from the Street Behind the back Garden.
