This restored family house and outbuildings, dating from the 13th century, are next to an old Medici residence and hamlet. It is 7km south-east of Montecatini Terme and 40 km west of Florence with good access to Pisa and the coast. The house and grounds are remarkably quiet and private, with no local industry or busy roads nearby.

There are panoramic views from the south-facing house and gardens (it is 180m above sea level) and is near the 18-hole Pievaccia Golf Course (about 5km).
