Pistoia is 20 min drive from the country house. Although in the countryside, this property is not at all remote, there are in fact other houses nearby and towns too. Amenities such as restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are all within 10-15 min drive.

It is a 5 minute drive from Nievole, and 50 mins from Pisa International Airport. It is ideal both as a primary residency and as a holiday home too.

Easy access. A paved public road leads to the access gate of the property. The private unpaved driveway will take you to the house where there is plenty of room to park.
