Please note that there are some works required, hence the low price:

- a beam between the ground and first floor should be strengthened with an iron girder.

- there are some cracks on the first floor and this can be resolved by inserting ties/chains.

- on the ground floor there are some cracks where the flues are. These are not serious and can be filled.

- in the pool there are some rusty elements which should be treated.

- the terrace is currently propped up by a metal pole and this should be properly reinforced.

- there is currently no central heating but it could be installed of course.
