Villa inma is in a lovely, tranquil country location, just outside of Palma de Gandia and about 10 minutes drive from Gandia. it is situated within a pretty valley of citrus groves with wooded hillsides rising above the valley.
The villa is in good condition, although it could do with some modernising. However, it is habitable and the sellers spend a lot of time in the house, which has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and reception room with a wood burning fire. The house is entered from a lovely naya with gorgeous views across the countryside and to the sea - the prefect place from which to enjoy Spain's al freco life.

There is a shopping mall, the Borgia Palace, an historic square, many pedestrianised streets and plenty of cultural events. Meanwhile, Gandia provides easy access to Valencia City and its international airport by train (from Gandia) which takes only 55 minutes. The motorway has a junction only some 20 minutes drive from the villa, so communications to the rest of Spain are excellent!
