Villa Felicity is a quietly situated beautiful private pool holiday villa on a completely fenced plot centrally located between Porches and Armacao de Pera, near the sea and fantastic beaches. Inside you will find, next to the spacious living-dining room and a fully equipped fitted kitchen with adjoining utility room, 2 cozy bedrooms as well as two bathrooms, on one level. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and bathroom en-suite. In the living room there is a cozy seating area with a flat screen TV, a small bar for aperitif, digestiv or in-between, adjoining dining area. In the fully equipped kitchen there is once again a sitting area for the small breakfast. The utility room has a washing machine and enough space to prepare a nice BBQ. Behind the house is the pool area with unusual pear form (heated at surcharge) pool with a great place for BBQ to enjoy cozy evenings in absolute privacy. The property is completely fenced, has private parking spaceand is accessible through an electric gate. Around the house and the pool area is a beautifully landscaped garden with a variety of Algarve-typical fruit trees and beautiful flowers. You will absolutely enjoy your stay at this cozy holiday home.

Location

Villa Felicity finds itself 1.5km South of the village of Porches(centrally located between Portimao - Albufeira and famous for its many potteries), directly north of the fantastic bay beaches of 5-star complexes Vila Vita Parc and Vila Lara(Praia da Cova Redonda and Praia das Gaivotas, also accessible for non-hotel guests). The equally splendid beach of Praia da Senhora da Rocha, famous and very often pictured for its chappel on the cliffs, and neigbour(by tunnel connection!) Praia Nova are closest to the villa, from here you can start hours and hours of walking(to the spledid bay beaches Praia do Albandeira, Praia da Marinha, Praia do Benagil and several nameless and/or non-reachable little bay beaches) , mountain biking or horse riding in undisturbed nature. Within a radius of easy car reach there are several beaches which have been awarded with the blue EU-flag (for clean water, eg. Portugal Top Ten Beaches) as well as prestigious golf courses (Pinta & Gramacho Golf, Vale do Milho Golf, Silves Golf, Salgados).
Armacao de Pera, a coastal town with a beautiful boulevard and a fantastic 5 km long beach(one of the very few in the West-Algarve) at 5 car minutes, specially at the end of boulevard ideal for families with youger children as beach relative wide. Good size supermarket at 1 mile, big shopping malls, Algarve Shopping just outside Guia and Aqua in Portimao at 15-20 minutes.30034/AL

Note: Since April 1, 2024, a tourist tax has been implemented for all new reservations. This tax will be applied per day, per guest aged 13 years and above, with a maximum limit of 7 nights' stay. From April 1 to October 31, the tax is €2 per day, and from November 1 to March 31, it is €1 per day. This tax must be paid before arrival via bank transfer.
