Very nice holiday home on a hillside with stunning views over the green neighborhood, sea views from the roof terrace. From the entrance on the ground floor, a hallway leads to the beautiful, bright living room with a fireplace and a large terrace with garden furniture, a nice place to linger.

Next to the living room is the kitchen, which also has access to the terrace, the kitchen is simply furnished, there is a breakfast area for 4 people. Another hallway leads to the master bedroom and another bedroom, each with its own bathroom. There is a guest toilet in the hallway at the entrance.

In the lower area, the studio, we find another small living room with direct access to the garden, a bedroom with a small bathroom and a mini kitchen.
