This wonderful 4 bedroom villa was completely renovated and furnished last year. Two bedrooms on the lower floor and two bedrooms on the upper floor each share a spacious bathroom with shower. The living room is very large with a comfortable corner sofa, dining area and a work area. Next to the living room is an enormous, very modern kitchen with everything you need. There is a breakfast area for 4 people and an American fridge with ice cube compartment and the kitchen is also excellently equipped. To the rear of the villa there is a BBQ area with charcoal grill, a beautiful pool, a lounge area, sun loungers and a dining table. Various terraces offer space for private sunbathing. All in all, a great holiday home.

From April 1st, 2024, a tourist tax will be introduced for all new reservations. This tax is charged per day and per guest aged 13 and over, with a maximum stay of 7 nights. From April 1st to October 31st, the tax is €2 per day and from November 1st to March 31st, it is €1 per day. This tax must be paid by bank transfer before arrival.
